ESC was established in 1993 as a policy and strategy boutique in London and, today, operates from offices in Brussels, London and Paris, with associates throughout Europe.

Much of our work has provided the foundations for European Union policy formulation in the automotive and telecommunications sectors, as well as public procurement and regional development. This has required our team to spend time in all fifteen of the pre-enlargement Member States.

In recent years, our strategy assignments have extended to Bulgaria, Brazil, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Poland and Romania.

Our approach is international, typified by our multinational and multilingual staff and extensive pan-European references.
