Tomasz Pyrc

Tomasz Pyrc is an Associate Director with responsibility for EuroStrategy Consultants' activities in Eastern Europe, with a focus on the steel sector. He specialises in steel industry strategy evaluation and business planning and implementation, benchmarking analysis and steelworks efficiency improvement. He has also been involved in steelworks privatisation procedures and is used to working with national governments and international institutions, He has presented papers at international steel conferences organised by the European Commission (Hungary, Romania), Financial Times, World Economic Forum, Metal Bulletin, and the International Poznan Fair.

Prior to joining EuroStrategy Consultants, Tomasz was a Member of the Management Board at the Huta Sendzimir steelworks responsible for strategy and efficiency improvement planning and implementation.
